As a Hospitality Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of waiting staff and other hospitality personnel to ensure efficient service.
- Coordinating the setup and breakdown of event areas, including buffets and dining setups.
- Overseeing service delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Training and supporting team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback to improve service quality.
- A positive and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
