Summary: The Service Sales Representative specializes in identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company coverage area
• Follow up on sales/project leads
• Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with clients
• Increase presence in existing accounts
• Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan
• Prepare and present client proposals
• Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunity
• Maintain existing and cultivate new relationships both externally and internally through professional behavior
