As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Manage and supervise store staff.Be part of the hiring process, including resume review and interviewing.Train new employees.Create the weekly schedule and implement effective shift management to ensure adequate coverage.Monitor sales performance and set targets for employees.Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales.Ensure store and company procedures are adhered to.Identify low inventory levels and manage reordering.Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications
Proven experience in a retail management role.Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.Proficient in sales techniques and customer service practices.Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial acumen.Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
