Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring an Entry Spin Operator at our Navasota plant. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy. Over the last 85 years, Trinity Industries has grown to over 6,000 employees strong with the common purpose of Delivering Goods, For the Good of All.The Spin Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn't stray away from a challenge. This team member will operate touch sensitive machines to roll flanges on disks and dished heads, set up machine for operation by lifting and centering work piece into fixture on turntable, and adjust for thickness and curvature of metal before setting for bending pressure. Reads blueprints. Loads material for processing. Verifies dimensional requirements. Unloads and transfers material to next workstation or storage. Cleans and sweeps work area. -Operates overhead cranes. -Capable of setting up and operating assigned equipment.-Capable of reading blueprints.-Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records. -May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. -Performs other duties as assigned.Required:-Overhead crane experience-Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions-Read job card and complete documentationPreferred:-Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment-Prior experience operating flanging machinesSoft Skills:-Function as a team member-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers-Regular and predictable attendanceTrinity Heads, Inc.
