Role Overview: The hiring company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to develop their potential in a dynamic environment. The Assistant Project Manager will receive support, training, and mentoring while being expected to actively engage and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Quickly understanding project requirements, from planning through ongoing documentation, to ensure compliance with client standards.
  • Monitoring project costs and progress while fostering transparent communication among all stakeholders.
  • Actively participating in project tasks, whether in the field with clients or managing details at the desk.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills to solve problems and adapt to unexpected circumstances.
  • Organizing, planning, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft applications, and a clean driver's license with insurance (if using a personal vehicle for work).
  • Knowledge of planning, documentation, local laws, codes, and filing requirements within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with various construction methods and processes from design to completion.
  • OSHA and scaffold certifications are a plus.
