Our programs offer case management, respite care, financial assistance, information and advocacy through services that are individualized, flexible, and designed to respond to family needs and preferences.Anticipated Hours Per Week 5 to 15 Schedule:Will be matched with a family and work out scheduling based on need. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.22 to $15.22 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties:Create meaning in your life. Be a MENTOR for children with special needs. Feel fullfilled by being positive role model in a child's life. Currently seeking respite providers for flexible part-time hours. Looking for a male provider to support a teen on the near-east side of Madison. Work in the home and/or out in the community. Some activities include playing video games, playing basketball, hiking around Madison's parks, and/or watching movies. Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health disorders prefered or a willingness to learn.

Must be 18 or over and pass a thorough Caregiver Background Check

Access to reliable transporation would be helpful.
