Job Type Full-time Description As our Customer Care Specialist and Operator Support you will be the responsible for the primary communication with our Customers and Operators. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of tasks along with auditing logs, and assisting customers. We understand and recognized that our company, products and industry are unique, part of your Customer Care Specialist and Operator Support training process will be learning the specific ins and outs of your role and our industry-specific programs. Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Supervisor and Lead Dispatcher Hours: Monday - Friday, specific hours TBD, weekends and major Holidays off Salary Status: Hourly Salary Range: $46,000 - $54,000 annually Everyday you will: Provide a professional interface when communicating with customers, Operators and other staff appropriately/professionally via email, phone call, text, etc. Provide exceptional service to our customers and Operators, over the phone as well as walk-ins. Communicate with Operators about any issues or problems that arise from their dispatches and/or route. Answer customer questions regarding ETA or service/product disruptions. Audit logs (ELD & Non) ensuring they are in compliance with our expectations and FMCSA Regulations. Utilize the computer in order to respond to emails, modify tasks, and audit logs. In order to thrive in this role you must: Be a fast thinker Be customer service driven Be a self-starter with good organizational skills The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Have strong communication and listening skills Have excellent computer skills Have a strong sense of humor Have the ability to multitask Have attention to detail Have the ability, will and want to come to work daily on time Willing to learn and train on positions within the department Adaptable to change Ability to learn new computer programs Ability to deal with meeting deadlines and hit performance requirements Experience: Computer Experience Microsoft and/or Google Suites Extra Points If: You have knowledge or how to use CRM You have experience in transportation operations, ELD auditing, or related roles.
