Qualifications you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a similar role or function is acceptable
  • The availability to work full-time, hybrid and any travel requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment operations, healthcare administration, or a related area within the healthcare sector.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a health insurance environment.
  • Experience in managing enrollment operations within a healthcare or health plan setting.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing enrollment processes and embracing technological advancements.
  • Expertise with Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA marketplace enrollment procedures and regulations
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate staffing models to ensure optimal team performance and resource allocation.
  • Participate in and occasionally coordinate audit-related activities with Internal Audit, Internal Compliance, or representatives from State and Federal Governments or Commercial Groups.
  • Reconcile enrollment data with State-Based entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Draft and update policies and procedures in response to new or evolving requirements and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with Premium Billing resources to ensure seamless premium billing, termination, and reinstatement practices.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
Where you'll be: Preferably within NY or VT, or with the ability to come to our Schenectady office, as needed.
