As a CRM Associate, you will support daily operations of the marketing channel for DraftKings' Casino. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing communications adhere to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience, along with ensuring all required partners are aligned on promotional offers at any given point in time. Our company is agile and values high levels of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach. What you'll do as a CRM Associate
  • Strategize, set up, and manage the performance of marketing campaigns for the Customer Retention & Monetization Team to drive business impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Marketing partners to identify CRM communication opportunities.
  • Identify hypotheses and execute structured A/B tests to maximize business impact, with an initial focus on cross-selling users from Draftkings' other products into the new product.
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally and providing next-step recommendations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Act as an expert and an evangelist for the new product within our marketing organization, immersing yourself in learning about it and sharing your knowledge with others.
  • Build emails, push notifications and in-app messages aligned with our marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices.
  • Report to a broad audience, including senior executives, on performance of marketing campaigns and progress towards overall goals.
What you'll bring
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce, technology, or gaming industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • A data-driven approach and strategic thinking with a passion for financial markets, gaming, or technology.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
  • Understanding or experience with basic HTML and SQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of Braze and conditional logic is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a high-profile role within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a large audience of stakeholders across all departments.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 57,600.00 USD - 72,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
