About the Opportunity:
To ensure that all DOT standards are being met and all vehicles are in good running condition. Also ensuring that all chemical is be delivered in a timely fashion.
Our expectations are that you:
* Ensure all drivers are in compliance with DOT and MFA safety requirements.
* Ensure accurate placarding of deliveries and correct DOT shipping paperwork for each load.
* Properly train and evaluate all drivers on DVI reports, DOT requirements and customer interactions during deliveries
* Manage fleet to DOT standards, including appropriate record-keeping
* Enforce driver inspection policies, assess and approve all vehicle repair
* Maintain the truck and forklift fleet.
* Organize and manage daily delivery routes for drivers
* Deliver products as needed
* Cross-checking product and paperwork to ensure correct SKU is loaded/unloaded
* Keep all delivery tickets organized
* Assist in monthly inventory counts
