Join our team and help us create unforgettable experiences!Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated and friendly Banquet Servers to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing top-notch service to our guests.JDM Golf Teammates will role model the core values and behaviors by:

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities listed below are essential to the employee's position.
  • Set up and break down banquet spaces for various events.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with management,kitchen staff and event coordinators.
  • Provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment.
  • Follow good personal hygiene guidelines.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Must have a valid Food Handler's Card and Liquor License.
  • Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be at least 19years old.

The work environment is subject to interruptions, varying and unpredictable situations and time pressures related to multiple tasks. It also requires regular use of a point-of-sale terminal. There is extensive repetitive motion in using hands/wrists.Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works both indoors and outdoors. At times, extreme temperatures may be part of the environment.Work requires exposure to temperatures sufficiently high to cause bodily discomfort. The noise level is usually moderate.Schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, etc. as determined by business needs.OSHA CategoryCategory I: Position engages in activities that with a high risk of coming into direct contact with blood and body fluids for which specific precautions must be taken.
