RESPONSIBILITY
To be the direct and primary interface between the company N/S Corporation and the customers. Will utilize vehicle wash equipment knowledge, both technical and sales related, to maintain and grow existing customer base as well as establish new customers. Experience and use of CRM tools required.
Putting together accurate sales quotations and specifications for equipment orders, working with the Engineering Department, Service, Production and Install teams to ensure customer's needs are met in a timely fashion. You will be working with the Director of Sales and Executive Management to increases sales and drive profitability. You will be expected to forecast and monitor sales opportunities on regular basis in the commercial car and fleet wash markets.
Understanding and using processes for site & equipment drawings. Analyzing & assisting with site layout and equipment choices and coordinating with Engineering and Production.
Travel to customer site and trade shows is required.
Requesting and receiving payments according to payment terms/schedule
Managing projects from start to finish, from time of conception thru delivery and install. Communicating with customers regarding pricing, scheduling equipment shipments, possible change orders and related paperwork. Will be responsible for verifying any customer changes are made and the change order has been signed in a timely manner. Assist customer to resolve any technical or warranty issues, delivery issues, replacement parts orders, etc.
