Role Description

This is a full-time sales and marketing role as an Inside Sales Representative at Florida Medical Space in Coral Springs, FL. You will be responsible for contacting high level healthcare executives and physicians by phone and email to educate them as to our service offerings and schedule follow up calls and meetings for our Director of Leasing and Sales. Your primary purpose will be to identify healthcare companies and physician practices who are expanding or planning to relocate their offices. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for new lead and client generation, existing client relationship building and various marketing activities. Involvement in outside networking industry conference events will provide increased success opportunities to the ideal candidate. The position is eligible for a hybrid role after successfully completing the first year of employment.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong phone and written communications skills required
• Prior commercial real estate experience a big plus
• Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Real estate license required, but can be obtained upon employment if necessary
• Self-starter who is a team player but does not require constant supervision
