Cliff Price & Company is a multi-line rep agency representing leaders in the gift, jewelry, personal care, and fashion industries for over 29 years. We are looking for motivated candidates who will continue to sell top lines with a well-established retail account base as well as target potential customers. Ideal candidates will have established relationships with Gift, Home Décor & General Retailers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assess current customer's needs and provide sources to expand the current product offering
Develop and execute a “cold-calling” strategy to target potential customers
Ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction through availability and consistency
Stay up-to-date on discontinued products, new trends, and top sellers
Connect customers' needs with creative and fast solutions
Attend Dallas trade shows in January, March, June & September to connect with the customer base and sell new items.
Qualifications and Skills
Goal oriented and internally motivated
Relational and organized
Outside sales experience and/or gift industry experience
Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
Capacity to work under pressure, independently, and with a team
Committed to building a career path
Aptitude for acquiring product knowledge and developing sales skills
Basic computer skills
US Citizen and proficient in English
