2nd Shift Die Cast/Electrical Maintenance Technician

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00p-1:30a

Location: High Point, NC

Pay: $20-35/hourly (based on experience & $1.00 shift differential)

Are you an experienced maintenance technician that has worked in an industrial setting? Are you proficient with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's, and troubleshooting machinery/equipment? If so, this position may be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair die cast machines, melting furnaces, compressors, trim presses, and more
• Diagnose and fix electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Install and repair electrical equipment, including PLCs
• Perform welding (MIG, TIG, stick) as needed
• Operate forklifts and assist in wastewater management
• Perform preventative maintenance and service operations
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Work cooperatively in a team and participate in continuous improvement activities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience with blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Proficient with electrical and PLC software
• Basic hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding skills
• Forklift, crane, and hoist experience (certification preferred)
• Lockout tagout experience (certification preferred)
