Job Description:
A Large research university is seeking a Desktop Support to join their team. Your primary duty is to provide endpoint support to faculty and staff by utilizing hardware, software, and troubleshooting expertise.
You will be responsible for providing deskside laptop and mobile device support in a classroom setting. Your responsibilities will also include connection setup and troubleshooting for multiple different operating systems (i.e., Windows, Mac, and Mobile), as well as email support (i.e., Outlook, Gmail). You will also assist with basic A/V technician support for the events team.
