Born in the Fort Worth Stockyards in early 2008, the company's team of 100+ award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services in 40+ Rodeo locations throughout the states of Texas, Arizona, and Colorado.We are searching for a talented Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in our Downtown Fort Worth, TX Headquarters office. The right candidate will have a servant's heart, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.IT Support Specialist
  • Assist in planning, deployment and maintenance of technology solutions that align with business.
  • Track IT related vendor account information.
  • Prepare network documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for end user technical issues.
  • High-level problem-solving skills will be needed for troubleshooting issues related to IT hardware and software.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivity.
  • Configure, deploy, and uphold enterprise applications, video surveillance capabilities, security applications, disaster recovery infrastructure, cloud-based and on premise solutions.
  • Onboard and Offboard personnel as needed.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation, tickets, and procedures.
  • Work closely with local site management to ensure site needs and IT plans are in line
  • Ability to communicate with Managers and Team Members at all levels of the company.
  • Occasional travel to remote offices.
  • Expected to be engaged with local service providers and IT suppliers to ensure best possible service.
Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in an IT Desktop support role
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows OS 10 and 11.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace technologies
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software systems
  • Modern web-based applications including hosting, troubleshooting, security, etc.
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance from our Downtown Fort Worth headquarters location
