Job Description :
Onsite in Jersey City Job Specifications :
  • Assist and manage day-to-day requests using ZenDesk, our support request system
  • Maintain and support various client technologies, such as Meeting/iPad Support, workstation setups, Mobile device configuration
  • Cater to various on sites' audio-visual needs, including set-up, testing and maintenance
  • Adhere to IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
Skills:
  • Working knowledge of client technologies, such as:
    • Mac OSX
    • Mobile Device iOS and Management
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills both written and verbally
  • Communication technologies, such as LAN/Wireless LAN
Role Characteristics:
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and satisfaction
  • Ability to communication effectively, both verbal and written
