- Diagnose and repair recreational and industrial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Use your skills to quickly identify and fix issues.
- Team up with us to provide great service and keep our customers happy.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with electrical meters and measuring devices.
- Ability to create and use technical documents.
- Schedule and report on service activities for customers and management.
- Connect motors, compressors, and ventilation fans to control panels.
- Write clear reports on inspections and repairs.
- Guide junior team members when needed and be able to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Universal EPA Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Five years of experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Completion of an apprenticeship or military training is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass a background check (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with MS Office programs.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (not mandatory).
