Principal Responsibilities: The Marks JCH Women's Center,seeks a passionate and dedicated Case Manager specializing in gender-basedviolence, intimate partner violence, and domestic violence. This is a uniqueopportunity to join a dynamic team committed to providing comprehensive, trauma-informedcare and support to vulnerable refugee and immigrant survivors. This role involves providingintake, screening, monitoring, case management, referrals, programming support,and supportive counseling for our clients. Through a range of specializedservices and grassroots community partnerships, we help clients transition fromsurviving to thriving. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Family ViolencePrevention Center
  • Conduct intake & screeningassessments for clients.
  • Develop safety plans and manage theneeds of domestic violence clients through targeted referrals, legalclinics, benefit screenings and more.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal andexternal agency partners and other providers to ensure adequate clientreferrals and follow-up.
  • Maintain and review casedocumentation, such as case notes and program referrals.
  • Investigate and arrange supportiveservices for clients.
  • Establish collaborative relationshipswith internal programs and external partners to enhance domestic violenceservices.
  • Stay updated with policies,regulations, and best practices related to domestic violence.
Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requested:
  • Strong preference for Russianspeakers; Uzbek or Tajik speakers are a plus.
  • At least one year of experienceworking directly with clients in social service settings.
  • Experience with gender-based violencework and trauma-informed programming is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applicationssuch as Microsoft Office, Excel, calendar, email, and database softwarenecessary for work assignments.
  • Proficiency in providing technicalassistance on data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Outstanding program managementskills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and theability to function effectively both independently and as part of amulti-stakeholder team.
  • Ability to handle difficultsituations professionally, demonstrating sound judgment andresourcefulness.
  • BA required; MSW, MPA or relatedfields preferred.
  • Supervision for counseling providedfor LMSWs accruing clinical hours.
