What you'll do as a copper splicerYou will, with guidance, perform tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of Copper Cables (Copper 710 Splicing)You will, with guidance, maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignmentYou will assemble equipment according to design specificationsYou will test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installationYou will maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignmentYou will assemble equipment according to design specificationsYou will install/repair Fiber lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand toolsYou will prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed work on job site blueprints What you'll need You are 18 years of age or olderYou are authorized to work in the United States for this companyYou will have 0-1 or more years experience as a cooper splicer with experience on outside plant or system installations while working from blueprints, specifications, and system documentation You will have a high school diploma or equivalent You are able to lift up to 80 lbsWhy work with usYour career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
