About the Role: Lead and inspire a culture of excellence in business quality and sound governance to support superior customer care. You will contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of organisation-wide quality management systems, policies, and procedures that enhance our service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Foster a culture of high performance through robust governance and achievement of the highest quality standards.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality management systems, including record management, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversight of accreditation to maintain and exceed compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to coordinate strategic responses to changes in the aged care regulatory environment.
  • Support integration of reforms and clinical requirements into the Quality Assurance and Clinical Governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with aged care and clinical standards.
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve the quality of care and services provided to ACH Group customers.

About you:

  • Nursing qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience and competence, including experience in evidence-based complex care.
  • Ability to embed quality management systems within services and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting family members and residents.
  • Experience in resolving clinical issues, supporting family members and residents.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and funding environment, including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards and the Australian National Aged Care Classification Model.
  • Team leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to lead and implement transformative change within teams and organisations.
  • A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement.

This full-time role is based from the Mile End office and requires travel where necessary to all ACH Group locations.
