We're looking for a motivated and experienced Entry-Level Recruiter for a 6-month temporary position to support our high-volume hiring initiatives for 2025! What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in recruiting.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.
• A self-starter who can work independently and achieve targets.
• Experience with Workday is a must.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent training.

Salary: $32 - $35 per hour

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Be the go-to contact for candidates, providing insights into our hiring process and job vacancies.
• Prepare job offer materials to match role specifications.
• Innovate and develop recruiting processes to align with our department's goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
