Key Responsibilities: - Expertly install, replace, and ensure the optimal functioning of commercial electrical systems and fixtures, adhering to the highest standards of quality. - Build and maintain trust with business owners and managers through clear, respectful communication, establishing oneself as a dependable Electrician. - Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail, aiming for first-time accuracy and fostering positive relations with clients and inspectors. - Share knowledge and experience by mentoring Electrical Apprentices, enhancing their skills and understanding of the trade. - Work autonomously with minimal oversight and effectively collaborate within a team environment, prioritizing clear and constructive communication. Job Requirements - Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial electrical installations and projects. - Valid driver's license with a clean record; company vehicle provided. - Familiarity with commercial electrical codes and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. - Technology proficient, capable of using digital tools for communication and job execution. - Journeyman's or Master's certification preferred but not mandatory.
