Position Description
This full-time position offers flexible hours throughout the week, as our operations runs 7 days a week. This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes.

Qualifications
* Ability to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal, are preferred.
* Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs.
* Prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role preferred.
* Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license
* Dispatchers must successfully pass a company sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check.
