What You Will Be Doing:
Follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment. Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies.
Essential Job Functions:
High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
Floor care to include washing, vacuuming, dust mopping, sweeping, spray cleaning
Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets and sinks
Emptying waste containers and other trash
Other cleaning assignments as needed to wow our customers
Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.
Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other janitorial duties.
Required Qualifications:
A commitment to arriving to work on time each day
The willingness to do whatever it takes to provide the highest level of customer service
A commitment to safety policies, procedures, and practices
Previous custodian/janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
2 years' experience High School diploma or equivalent
