Job Description :
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play an integral role in the success of a rapidly growing hospitality company by managing the day-to-day accounting duties for 18+ entities and counting.Our Accounts Payable Analyst make a difference by:

As Accounts Payable Analyst you will need to:
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skill
  • Work independently and with a team from 18+ locations
  • Reconcile payments for all locations in portfolio
  • Communicate with property managers, vendors, and executives to resolve issues with large clients
  • Work alongside accounts payable and auditing manager to resolve accounting issues
  • Train employees on proper accounting for incoming funds
  • Track payments, monitor banking deposits and run revenue reports that document profit and losses for each location
  • Use skills in project management, organization, and communication to collect payments from clients and customers
  • Be familiar with state sales tax laws and tax-exempt status reporting
  • Multitask and prioritize work
  • Provide exceptional customer service both externally and internally
  • Assist as needed with month and year end reviews, account reconciliations, audits, and tax filings
  • Complete other duties may be assigned
  • Work on site at the corporate office
To be a successful Accounts Payable Analyst, you must have a professional demeanor with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Hotel experience is a plus. We use cloud-based software for our accounting and communication so must be comfortable using the computer daily and troubleshooting technical issues. Advanced Excel knowledge required and M3 Accounting Core experience a plus. Must have, or be pursuing, an accounting, hospitality, or finance degree. Previous management experience preferred. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Long periods of sitting and repetitive motion using a keyboard and computer are necessary.Benefits Offered:
