Yearly Salary: $235,000 to $260,000Education:
- JD degree (Must be a graduate in 2020-2021)
- Bachelors degree
- Must be admitted to practice law in the state of NY.
Experience:
- Two to three years experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including executive compensation plans and programs, employment agreements, and the securities law aspects of compensation and benefits; experience supporting large M&A transactions.

- Looking for candidate to join our Employee Benefits practice with 2-3 years experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including executive compensation plans and programs, employment agreements, the securities law aspects of compensation and benefits, and the employee benefits aspects of M&A transactions. Candidates must have top academic credentials and a stellar law firm employment history.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis. Perform due diligence. Draft employee benefit and executive compensation plans and arrangements and related sections of M&A transaction documents. Communicate and correspond with colleagues, clients, and other counsel.
- Must have ability to perform legal research primarily in Employee Benefits law; ability to use library reference materials and/or electronic resource tools; ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others; ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing; ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to understand and follow written and oral directions; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, WORD, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
