**Responsibilities**

* Part time, Tuesday 4-8, Thursday 4-8 Saturday 8-4

* Greets customers

* Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.

* Call Customers to see how service and sales experience was.

* Call customer to inform them of Specials in sales and service.

* Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.

* Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.

* Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

* Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
