Compensation:

$70,000 - $250,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience with our moving services and products during the initial training period
• Educate and advise customers on our processes to build trust
• Recommend appropriate services and products based on pricing, availability, and customer requirements
• Communicate moving specifics to the Project Coordination team for a smooth customer journey
• Foster and maintain customer relationships with consistent follow-ups
• Build a personal client base to drive referrals
• Set clear expectations for customers and promote additional services effectively
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Demonstrates high self-motivation and exceptional time management abilities
• Possesses strong listening and communication skills with a focus on proper grammar and effective diction
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Pays meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in successful sales strategies and closing techniques
