Job SummaryWe are seeking a Baker to join the team at our restaurant. In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads and pastries for service. You will be responsible for preparing and baking all of our bread items for service and our pastries each day. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, wed like to hear from you!Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- Bake a variety of breads, desserts, and pastries
- Prepare custom orders
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience decorating cakes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player
- Available for early morning shifts
