• Location of job is in Corona, NY
• CSEAGENCY,INC. has over 10 years of Special Education Teacher Support Services. We are recruiting full-time in-person instruction for the 2024-2025 school year for a private school in the Queens area to provide small group pull-out remedial instruction to students from grades K-5th.
• Lessons are based on each student's annual goals listed on their IEP. Their instructional period ranges from 45 to 60 minutes. The instructor receives most of the materials from the agency and the school.

• Collaborate with speech therapists and other professionals to comprehensively support students with diverse needs.

• Provide classroom management strategies to ensure a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment.

• Deliver instruction using best practices in early childhood education.

• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress.

• Professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of special education.

Duties Include:

• Taking on the required weekly mandates and creating lessons to achieve their annual goals listed on their IESP's.
• Completing annual reports and preparing monthly invoices.

Requirements Include:

• Clearance by New York City's Department of Education (Fingerprinting)
• Work history that does not include New York City's Department of Education within the last 12 months
