Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record used medical devices.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse space for efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks.
- Document and report discrepancies.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of devices.
- Report equipment issues promptly.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for logistics processes.
- Assist in audit preparation.
- Work closely with warehouse team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with medical device handling and regulations.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy medical devices.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including extended periods of standing.
