Job DescriptionAs a Mold Operator, you are responsible for operating the Mold system and applying all applicable standards to produce quality products. It consists primarily of operating the Mold, which is a very critical aspect of the production process. In conjunction with the actual operating of the equipment, production standards must be used. Responsibilities:
- Mark all logs with the following information per work instructions
- Produce logs according to Mold Schedule
- Make changes to the formulas
- Keep mold processing designated logs
- Responsible for visually monitoring material flow into the hopper
- Ensure hoppers have plenty of material
- Shut down immediately with major problems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must obey all company safety policies
- Understand foam formulas and follow closely
- Must be able to comprehend English
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- 3-6 months of manufacturing experience
