Customer Experience Agent (Call Center)
NOTE: Working a consistent Saturday or Sunday, and/or working until 7PM may be required for weekdays. Four day 10 hour shift options are available.
Pay Rate: $16.00-$19.00 /hr DOE, + bonuses after 90 days

The AirCo Team is looking for self-motivated, upbeat, POSITIVE professionals to join the team. Work Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8 PM. Potential applicants must be open to all shifts within these hours

Take incoming customer callsMake outbound calls (no cold calling)Scheduling service and maintenance appointmentsClaiming rebatesRegistering HVAC equipmentCommunicate with customers and staff to keep jobs running smoothlyDispatching technicians based on customer needsVerify/invoice daily Work Orders as complete and accurateFollow up with customers on completed jobs and problem jobs to insure customer satisfactionAble to meet month end deadlines
