We believe in treating every person with honor, dignity, and respect, and strive to create a positive impact in our community.As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash, cleaning the restaurant, working in the drive-thru inside and outside, preparing food, and ensuring that our guests have a wonderful dining experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, restocking supplies, and following safety and sanitation procedures.As a back of house team member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, cleaning the restaurant, washing dishes, taking out the trash, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies.Key responsibilities for both front and back of house team members include:Providing exceptional customer service to our guestsFollowing safety and sanitation proceduresMaintaining a clean and organized work areaBeing a team player and supporting other team membersUpholding Chick-fil-A Arboretum's values of hospitality, ownership, and growthApplicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.Willingness to work Drive-Thru positions outside in all 4 seasonsAbility to lift up to 40 lbsQualifications:Strong work ethic and commitment to teamworkAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to learn and grow in your roleAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWe offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, college scholarship opportunities, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
