Join us as we transform the way health care is delivered.Job DetailsResponsibilities of the Dietary Aide include:Delivers and collects food traysProperly sets up tray line stations as assignedFollows diet extensions / portion controlFollows sanitation policies for handling, storing food in such a manner to minimize any cross contaminationCleans the kitchen; sorts/stores utensils and suppliesPrepares salads, sandwiches, desserts, stocks floor refrigerators as assignedProperly sets up beverage carts and other special events as assignedSatisfactorily works at dish room station; records dishwasher temperaturesEnsures that work/assignment areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are properly stored before leaving such areas on breaks and at the end of the work dayCleans / sanitizes all equipment according to policyAble to complete assignments within allotted time and able to adjust to changes and re-assignments.Follows all established safety procedures and precautions when handling supplies and equipmentFollows established policies and procedures for use of personal protective equipmentRequirements for the Dietary Aide role include:High School Diploma or equivalent or work relevant work experiencePrior food service experience helpfulKnowledge of cleaning and production equipment helpfulAbility to read and write English requiredPosted Salary RangeUSD $22.88 - USD $22.88 /Hr.The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.At Catholic Health, we believe in a people-first approach.
