Assembly SpecialistShift: Day Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPrimary Responsibilities* Work as part of a team assembling semiconductors under a microscope using a liquid dispensing system, die attach, wire bond, seal, and mark equipment* Prepare materials for production use (i.e. staging, measuring, mixing, etc.)* Perform visual inspections before, during, and after the assembly process* Review and complete lot travelers to ensure assembly process is documented correctlyRequirements:* High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required* 3 years minimum experience in manufacturing of small products under a microscope* Basic computer skills (Windows environment and Microsoft Office Preferred)* Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods* Good hand eye coordination, dexterity, and basic clean room proficiency* Ability to monitor and assess self-performance* Familiar with MIL-STD visual inspection criteria preferred* Meticulous attention to detail and able to understand work related documents* Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership* Experience with small hand tools (i.e. tweezers)* Highly motivated, hands on, cooperative, and positive attitude a must* US Citizen or Green Card Holder
