Rev Group is a veteran friendly employer and hires over 200 veterans and or those transferring out of the military each year.Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts.Responsibilities:Installation of all interior/exterior components and hardwareSet work priorities to meet production goals as schedulesMeet all QA and QC standards for each taskFunction with a minimal amount of supervisionClose attention to detailMeet standards of safety and 5S standardsPromote the use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the cultureBe compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance policyEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationships.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in EnglishMust be able to prioritize workAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in EnglishAbility to read and use a linear and other measuring devisesFamiliar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routerAbility to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standardsAbility to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce itEducation and Experience:1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferredPhysical Demands:Thy physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
