Job Location : Poughkeepsie,NY, USA
· Receive incoming freight deliveries.
· Put stock away on shelves.
· Inventory, maintain accurate records of received goods.
· Maintain parts in appropriate storage areas.
· Be able to use appropriate software programs to handle credits, cores, returns etc...
· Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
· Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order and either shelved or given to the appropriate service member.
· Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
· Maintain company vehicle safety and physical appearance.
· Plans delivery route on a daily basis based on sales orders.
· Drives courteously and legally to customers in the surrounding upstate New York
· Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts delivery.
· Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
· Notify purchaser of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
Requirements:
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Able to lift 75lbs
· Strong communication skills
· Positive and hardworking personality
· Eagerness to improve
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
