We are hiring a Production Associate to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as ensure that assigned machines are operating efficiently and meeting productions requirements and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and understands work order requirements and follows instructions
• Sets up, operates, maintains and cleans manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Uses math skills to learn use of weight scales, pneumatic/hydraulic gauges, micrometers and verniers
• Inspects products for visual defects, thickness and weight dimensions
• Maintains production data and enters data into computer system, experience with Epicore a plus
• Has ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating lathes and slitting machines preferred
• Experience in a job shop environment
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• PC proficiency preferred
• Working knowledge of entering data into ERP systems preferred

Candidates must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screen.
