A Home improvement company in Merrick, NY is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction Home Improvement or Manufacturing.

Permanant opportunity paying $28-34/hr

Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers over the counter in a professional manner
- Ability to do math (Handling discounts)
- Order entry
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Work closely with the Sales team
- Work closely with the drivers
- Oversee order fulfillment and make sure customer receives order in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Experience in building materials
- Strong Excel skills.
