Our technicians are individually trained. Save A Shield provides uniforms and tools at zero cost to the employee. In exchange the company expects its employees to work hard and to communicate to leadership when issues arise.

Our Commercial Windshield Repair Tech will drive a route to our commercial clients to repair windshields for fleet vehicles. The technician will assess the cars to determine whether he/she can repair the car or not.

Save A Shield will provide our Commercial Windshield Repair Tech with:

Day-to-Day Service Tech responsibilities:

• Travel daily route to existing clients
• Make windshield repairs and test your work for quality assurance
• Interact with customers to give them the best possible experience with us
• Stay in communication with HQ

The successful Windshield Repair Tech will:

• Have good communication skills
• Be able to speak and write English fluently
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a dependable vehicle
• Be able to work outside without supervision
• Have a cell phone and be able to send and receive texts
• Have good hand-eye coordination
• Have a High School diploma or GED
