Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire facility using theproper chemicals, equipment and techniques. He/she may be required to fill in for the Buildingand Grounds Site Supervisor (BGSS) in his/her absence. He/she will report any unsafeconditions and/or maintenance needs to the BGSS and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:Education:• High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience:• Previous experience as a custodian preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:• Clear understanding of different cleaning products and equipment• Able or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite• Bilingual in Spanish is a plusPhysical Requirements:• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted• Ability to occasionally life more than 50 lbs. assisted• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
