The Eligibility Program Specialist/Receptionist reports directly to the Program Director and is the first point of contact for both walk-in clients and incoming phone calls. S/he will appropriately administer state and federal child care program policies, data storage and documentation procedures that meet administrative and program quality audits. The Eligibility Program Specialist /Receptionist will manage the daily application process by reviewing for completeness, data entry into the system(s) and providing child care assistance program related duties and technical assistance to clients.
