Must be able and willing to commute to Bethel ParkPay range: $17 - $21 per hour + commission and tips!TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is hiring junk removal drivers.The Driver / Junk Specialist is responsible for driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) as well as removing and disposing of unwanted goods from customers' homes and businesses.A CDL license is not required and we will train you!$500 sign on bonus payable after your first 45 days!Driver's license requiredFast interview and hiring process.COMPENSATIONTraining wage of $17 per hourDriver base pay $21 per hour upon completion of training. We hold a 5 day driver training. It might take longer for some, we want you to go at a pace that is comfortable for you.Additional $500 bonus after your first 30 days of driving!Opportunities for additional pay include:Commission! Drivers receive 4% commission on junk jobs plus their hourly rateHelpers receive 2% commission on junk jobs plus their hourly rateMonthly performance bonus!Pay raise within the first 90 days upon reviewOpportunities for career growth and advancementRESPONSIBILITIESSafely, responsibly, and professionally operates the commercial motor vehicle (junk truck) and monitors their functionalityCompletes all haul-a-way / Junk removal related paperwork and responsible for making sure paperwork and revenues collected are properly dropped in safe at the end of the work dayOrganizing and securing truck at the end of each job and ensures truck and equipment is maintained in a clean, safe and professional mannerConduct pre / post trip truck inspections and haul-a-way / junk removal equipment inventorySafely remove any unwanted items from the customers home or business by utilizing all of the proper hauling equipment and techniques and following the necessary prescribed policiesMust be in a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® uniform at all times without exceptionMaintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® by ensuring proper hygieneREQUIREMENTSA high-school diploma or equivalent preferred18 years or older with a clean driving record is requiredOne year of previous driving experience with Commercial Motor Vehicle preferredExcellent customer service skillsMust be able to work weekendsAble to be a team player and must be able to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and managementAbility to direct the work of others when necessaryHave strength and agility to carry and load items into truck as well as a good sense of balancePhysical Demands: the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, sit, hear, use hands and fingers, handle, feel and/or lift with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift 100 pounds or more.
