American Securities and its affiliates have approximately $23 billion under management and are based in New York with an office in Shanghai.For more information, please visit www.vibrantz.com and www.american-securities.com.Job FunctionReporting into the Production Supervisor, the Operator will be based out of Quincy, Illinois, USA and will be responsible for production TasksResponsibilitiesSafety first mindset and actively contributes to the safety cultureTransfers raw materials to machines to meet production needsEnsures that materials are brought in an orderly fashionDoses raw materials into blending operationsTracks and records dosages, lot numbers, scrap, and production issuesPackages and palletizes finished productRegularly operates forklifts and other heavy equipmentResponsible for keeping process area cleanMeets written expectations of managementAdheres to all policies and proceduresProvides all paperwork to leaders at shift changeHand-sweep, shovel, and/or wheelbarrow as directedOperational assistance as required in production, bagging, warehouse, and shipping areasCleans up material and returns proper ore to piles, containers, and/or trash area as directedWorks in a neat and orderly manner to minimize lossOther duties as required to maintain and efficient operationRequired ExperienceHigh school graduate or GED equivalent with strong math skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions and work ordersDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeA strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work well in team environmentPreferred ExperienceFormal Technical educationHours/Shift12 Hours Shifts - based on business needBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, and 401K.LocationQuincy, USVibrantz is committed to protecting your privacy.
