Manufacturing & Assembly (A Shift/B Shift) Temp Established air filter manufacturer located in the Maplewood District of Rochester is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (Production & Assembly) for the morning shift. (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and evening shift (3:30 pm – 11:30 pm) Starting wage is $17-18 / hour. Need someone who's dedicated, wants to work, has an eye for quality, and a good attitude. Must be able to learn, and then successfully perform, a wide variety of tasks across multiple, machine-assisted stations. These include:

• assembly
• fastening
• packaging
• filling & gasketing

Additional stations may include metal stamping, die cutting, and spot welding.

Training will be provided. No heavy machinery operation required.

Industrial-setting experience preferable but not required. Fast-paced environment that's suited for those who like to move around & stay busy.

Desired candidate will possess the following attributes:

• You're a fast learner. You can watch someone else do it, and then replicate and perform the same thing quickly and accurately.
• You pay attention to detail.
• You're good at following instructions and getting things done.
• You have the ability to perform repeated lifting of up to 25 lbs and stand at a work station for an 8 hour shift.
• You're comfortable asking for help if you don't know how to do something.
• You get along with a variety of personalities & are respectful.

Job Type: Full-time Temp 4-6 weeks.
