Who We Are:Roark is a modern adventure lifestyle brand with roots in surf and true adventure travel and was created to give a voice to the modern adventurer who finds just as much joy on the journey as he or she does at the summit.Stories off the beaten path are the fabric of our adventures - sharing them with others is what stitches it all together.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage daily communication with factories on production status.Track & review TOP samples to ensure correct product execution (Men's, Women's, Run).Prepare visual execution and fit comments against approved sample & tech pack.Track bulk fabric status.Review and communicate bulk fabric comments & approvals to factories.Manage & track TOP sample status.Review TOP visuals and send comments to factories once fit.Maintain detailed seasonal approval tracker.Approve product care labels.Gather wash & care instructions for new products and handover to Ecommerce team.Order special customer's UPC's for production PO's.Assist in SMU product management.Manage & organize samples and fabrics by season & category.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications, Skills, Experience Requirements:3-4 years of production experience required.Bachelor's degree required.Production experience in apparel a must.Product development experience a plus.Extremely organized and hard-working.Strong communicator with both external suppliers and internal partners.Calendar & deadline oriented.Thrives in a fast-paced environment.Very proficient in Excel and Outlook.Understanding of colors and fabrications.Understanding of TOP sample processes.Location: This is an in-office position, minimum of 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week.This work schedule is subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.Compensation: The salary range, base and bonus included, is $66,560-$79,000 annually.
