Soak up the sun at our resort-style pool, savour award-winning Italian cuisine at Culina Ristorante and discover a new level of wellness at our Spa - or in the comfort of your very own guest room.Responsibilities:Job duties include but are not limited to:* Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, work out areas, tennis and games room,* Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort* Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, tennis, pre-treatment area and games room.* Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.* Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa servicesSkills/Qualifications:Ideal candidate will have:* Hotel, resort or cruise ship experience a plus.* Proficiency in English both written and verbal.* High school education or equivalent experience* 6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related workWe Offer:* Hourly: $23.22* Free onsite parking* Complementary meals* Training Programs* Growth and Development opportunitySchedule:* Full-Time: AM/PM/Weekend Shifts* 40 hours a weekFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
